Allison, the Elf
Another fantasy-inspired anime rendition of a Simpson character: here's Allison in the shoes of a magical Elf.

Well, what to say: still no BG but technically it is an impressive pic, proportions are noticeably better than usual, there is a lot of detail in the highlights and shading, Also some very nice touches with the staff that looks like a dreamcatcher, the strands of gold, her good looking profile...
This is a very nice picture, appealing, polished, it could be placed together with the other "fantasy" anime pics from Steve to make some sort of party: it'd look very nice!
Okay, let me do this joke though please: one can't but wonder if Allison used a bit of that magic on herself for uh... aesthetic purposes. ;p Not that i mind!

Fanservice aside (and even that is well drawn), this is probably one of your best pictures. The only real problem I can think of is that Allison's mouth should be off to the left, seeing how you're showing her in full profile. Well thought-out and detailed costume (I like her headdress). The highlights on the veil-like skirt and her legs are what make this picture stand out. And yes, I still love the dreamcatcher staff.
