If Batman is Scratchy, who could Joker be? No, not Comic Book guy, but you were close enough.

Love this little preview sketch, especially the one where he's drawign his gun. Very ye-olde-action comic like, nice penciling, great perspective on the cannon :) Cant wait to see how this develops.
