Sailor Lisa!
Finally, my first fully colored Anime pic. It's still based on Steve's SimpMoon parody, hence the clothing... and the surprised expression. But if i get the hang of it, i may start doing some more original ones. For now, i'm just hoping you like it... even if at a first sight it may look weird.
