Dagdamor's Lisa Shelter

I know it might be boring to some of you but it seems like most of the fanartists around just love Lisa to the extent where 90% of the pics are about her. And since Dagdamor here is even more obsessed than that, you can see where it goes :) Anyway, he's already very good even for a starter. Let's look and see :)

Lisa with Bird
This is a pic that ocule be quite unoriginal and cliched if it wasn't for Lisa's expression. Even she is surprised that a small bird would sit so nonchalantly on her hand! Maybe the birdie's feeling "affinity" with a soon to be one? :) The pic is still sadly uncolored but it's well drawn, Lisa's proportions are imo a-ok, maybe the feet are a little stiff... her expression is cute and the birdie is actually drawn with a lot of dedication. LISA:Relax, it's just a bird. Don't worry, it's a bird...

a Scene from Wings
Dag drew a scene from his Wings ficcie, and it's another quite complex pic with all the Simpsons characters in the same pic. I can only suggest you all to go read the fic now, so you can unserstand better the picture :D

The Flower
Poetic picture, to say the least, a very cute and original idea! Lisa looks positively enthralled by that little flower coming out of the cement. :) So much on character!

In the car
Quite a complex picture, four characters and a car, and some front shots to booth! Dag is surely not afraid of trying new things, and that is great. The pic is very good all in all, even though tracing and coloring would surely help. But better keep them for more inspired pictures maybe :)

A Little Prank
I suppose this wasn't Bart's doing, was it? ;) In any case, an original and funny picture, taking Lisa from an unusual and very difficult to draw angle. Props for the cleanyness of the lines, the good proportions and again the hard to draw angle. :)

Looking At The Feather
Simplicity for the win! Lisa's stance, her carefree smile, the soft shadowing and coloring, and that little tiny detail of the fallen feather make this pic almost hypnotic. :) I love her big cute head and the flower in her hair. Also her wings look so puffy and toony! *huggles*

Daddy and Me
A contribution from no one else than Lisa herself! Or... something close :) Lisa drew this for her dad, on father's day. But the gift was destroyed by Homer's usual carelessness, and this sent the poor girl crying... who wouldn't have. It was a very heartfelt and sweet gift, and she was really proud of it. Attached to the Family
This is a heavily symbolic piece from Dagdamor: The meaning of it is also pretty heavy, if one stops and thinks about it: here, Lisa is portraied as a winged creature, meaning and symbol of complete freedom: and the little girl surely has all the qualities that would allow her to leap into the blue sky... but, that simple looking chain is something that no matter what, she must live with. After Bath
And now all aw on my mark! 3..2..1.. MARK! I don't hear you! Oh well... i love this one, and shows quite a lot of technical improvement too! The shading is good, the hair looks actually wet, and the expressions are on spot. Well done!

Looking at?
"Just" a simple Lisa sketch, but his first colored one. I'm out of stuff to say :D

Confused
Yay, finally Lisa discovers how hard is to draw! I really would like to see what she's working on... very cute expression on this one for a pic with a nice "all day" flair to it.

With Snowball
Cuteeeee! I always thought drawign snowball was pretty hard, and in fact it is, so props to Dagdamor for trying and succeeding for the most part. Lisa's head looks great. There is a colored version by Ilyich available for praise here!

On the Couch
For the first pic in his gallery, sure this is a complex one, and well done, even for a quite experienced artist. Lisa looks lovely although sad (but eh, we love her anyway), Homer is great! This could really be good if colored.
